Yes, Laramar Group has partnered with Effective Coverage and LeaseTrack to manage all your insurance requirements. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000.

Guest are welcome and can stay up to 14 days.

No. We sometimes have specials we will offer at renewal time.

Yes there is a one time pet fee of $350 per pet and $50 a month pet rent.  Max two pets allowed.

Maintenance

You can log into your Resident Portal to submit a non-emergency maintenance request to us.  Or, if you're experiencing a maintenance emergency, please give us a call directly for assistance.

Before you move in we'll be sure to do any needed repairs, touch up paint, carpet clean or replacement, and full professional cleaning.  Your home will then be walked by staff to ensure it is move in ready for you.

Yes, during business hours M-F and on call off business hours and weekends.

By the order in which they are received. Emergency work orders will take priority.

No. But if you would like to request to only enter when you are home that is an option.

During business hours we will let you in. If it's after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith at resident's expense.
