New management is absolutely phenomenal. I moved in the first day of the turnover, and I have never been more impressed with a team’s work ethic and capacity for empathy. I am a new tenant who has had some trouble with repairs, and a miscommunication about services for my apartment was corrected immediately. Like, five minutes after I arrived home from speaking to the leasing office, a mechanic was at my door.

I had a really good experience here. They've got a nice pool and the buildings well maintained in general. It was also easy to move in. The leasing office is really helpful. Especially with my leasing agent Mithal, he really helped me out a lot and answered all my questions. So did another lady named Jennifer who also works there. They are both really nice. Overall I had a really good experience here.

Ms. Nyillah was amazing, she reached out to me repeatedly even when I had a chaotic schedule going on to keep me informed on the whole leasing process. She was so nice and approachable and made this move less stressful.

October move in, Laramar is the new management at Trillium, Javarus was our leasing agent and Nyllah gave us a tour, they were both very professional and kind! Made me feel comfortable with the leasing process. Answered all of our questions quickly and made the process feel very streamlined.

The location is amazing; right by the metro! The fitness center is huge and open 24 hours. I also love the work spaces and the Starbucks machine. The outdoor courtyard areas with hammocks, grills and tons of hang out areas are really nice. The renovated units look gorgeous. The staff is so friendly and helpful!
